LIVE

Reeta is a powerful speaker and live performer that fuses poetry, comedy, music and storytelling to weave powerful narratives.

Reeta’s talks and live shows are playful and educational, inviting the audience to reflect on themselves and society. As a Buddhist Reeta provides a contemporary lens on ancient teachings.

In 2025 Reeta rolled out a blueprint for living with purpose and authenticity called RAIN which they are sharing in their talks and forthcoming book.

A live performer since the early 2000s, Reeta wrote a one-person show which toured for six months in 2022/23, headlining at The Barbican. In 2022 Reeta completed the Storytelling course at RADA.

A voice ahead of its time, Reeta’s talks and live shows are uplifting and energised and consistently lead audiences on a path of self-exploration.

Reeta has spoken at The Oxford Union, Bloomsbury Festival, TEDxLondon and many organisations including Oxfam, Meta, WPP, Virgin O2, Levi’s, Dr Martens and Burberry.

"When we invited Reeta to give a TEDxLondonWomen talk, we knew it was going to be magic - but we had no idea the energy and emotion that Reeta would bring. Their thoughtful, challenging and personal talk and performance resonated deeply with our audience."
